Sorry, didn't think this would cause allot of commotion. I went back to Walmart that following Monday. I spoke with the "assistant manager" as the main one was not available. I told the manager exactly what happened. From his expression it looked like it was falling on deaf ears! I then went and got a pack of DVD-R's and Billy Madison special addition DVD to use up the gift card so I don't ever have to go back to that dump! At this point all I could do is write a letter to their corporate offices but I have a feeling I would get the same response as I did from the store manager. I did look around for that punk when I was there as I had a few choice words for him but I didn't see him anywhere in the store.
