I have a Tyan ThunderK7 with Dual XP 1800+ that refuses to reboot. Once the computer is up, it is very stable, but if I have to reboot then it shuts down and doesn't even post. If I enter the bios, which I have updated and still no fix, and reboot from bios the same problem occurs. I have the NMB power supply and wonder if anyone has a similar setup, or has similar problems. I have removed all PCI cards, CD-Roms, AGP card, etc and the problem persists.
If you are very well educated in PC problem solving or have a similar setup please respond. Is this problem more related to the powersupply or the motherboard. I would rather not replace the motherboard if needed due to very high costs.
