I wonder at what percent do they start to worry they missed him. Can you imagine having 95% of the area completed and thinking they couldn't have possibly be this unlucky to have this kid be in the last 5% of the area?

Well, they recovered the vehicle that was carjacked. That leaves him on foot and very limited unless he stole another car - but how long would that go unreported?

WBZ says the Connecticut police are looking for '99 green Honda that they were informed by the Boston PD might contain the suspect.

They just interviewed the aunt and she was great telling them to listen bc they kept asking the same questions. And she also said she believes they were set up.

Ok, this is what they are reporting.

At first they drove up and in effect assassinated the campus police officer. The officer still had is handgun in his possession when the police found him.

Then the police, responding to the reports of shots fired, came upon the two brothers in the Mercedes suv. During that shootout the older brother was killed and the younger drove over the dead brother, throwing explosives at the police. Then the Mercedes suv crashed and the younger brother fled on foot.

At least that's what they are saying on WBZ

Seems like not the best police work? They're in a shootout with him, and he just gets in the car and drives through them and gets away?

I saw an interview with a resident who said that the guys came screeching in with the cops after them. They hid behind their vehicle and had a shootout with the cops, including the total destruction of a police SUV trying to drive at the shooters. He said they just kept shooting at it until it crashed into his neighbor's car. He said he thought he also heard explosives going off (cell video doesn't support this though it could have happened before). Says one of them threw a cooker out on the street and that it did not explode but rather produced a large volume of smoke. At this point the older brother charged police on foot and was gunned down, detonated himself, or both. The younger brother got back in the SUV and drove straight at the police crashing through their line and heading west. He said that the entire time the line of police was about 200 feet away from the shooters.

Dark out, under fire, explosives, waiting on backup, suicidal perps, smoke screen, and insanely reckless driving do not equal bad police work. Remember these guys have probably all been putting in massive overtime since Monday as well.

People keep asking about this of what happen. I posted a link early that has a vid of the shoot out I can't tell if it still up as work is blocking all vids. No way police going to get close as these guys were throwing explosives.

Police just don't always do that well.

On COPS, they almost always catch the person, but I had my car stolen, the officer spotted it being driven, there was a chase, he crashed it an ran away, never caught.

Even worse, the guy left all kinds of identifying things in the car - paycheck stub, herpes medication prescription, not to mention drug papers and condom packages...

But the police had zero interest in investigating. It's hard to get them to pursue it.

I gave them a big bag of that evidence - nothing happened.

Later, a chronic criminal young woman had a stolen car she drove, I reported it, she was caught red handed - they didn't prosecute her for the car and just jailed her for 4 months for a probation violation, apparently because it's a lot easier and cheaper for them than trying to get a conviction.

It's not easy, but hard for me to see how they could not have had units to pursue the speeding away SUV, whether some in the shootout or others nearby.

The aunt is complete opposite of the uncle, she's in conspiracy theorist mode. 😵
I guess that's one way of dealing with what must be incredibly shocking news, especially considering so many people have said these guys were nice, friendly guys who they never would've thought could've done something like this.

At least she has an excuse unlike all the fuckin idiot nutters who think this and Sandy Hook (and every tragedy that's happened and has yet to happen) is an inside job or false flag operation.

srsly

Do we know what kind of weapons the perps were using?

More photos emerging. The blue circle is Martin Richard, showing how close he was to the bomb. My heart goes out to his family and I can only hope justice gets served.
