Apologies if this has been covered
Just heard the end of a story regarding these guys.
“Arrested in the airport as they were trying to flee”

This isn’t going to end well.

Edit: I guess it depends upon how you define well.

They sound like the type that will sing at the top of their lungs if that's true.

Is the noose starting to tighten?

The two men, who helped Giuliani investigate former vice president Joe Biden, were charged with campaign finance violations, according to a person familiar with the charges. Lev Parnas and Igor Fruman have been under investigation by the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Manhattan. This is a developing story. It will be updated.

By our wholly suspect FBI? Must be a rouge operation.

The possibility that the FBI surveilled this dynamic duo and could have recorded Rudy telling them to leave the country at the Trump hotel seems too outlandish to even consider. Yet here we are.

Someone was clearly watching them. Someone who probably busted out laughing when the two met w/ Rudy.

Looking at that indictment it seems there may have been a quid pro quo in the other direction with Trump. They made those contributions -- and potentially were part of the Ukrainian contingent that sought to ingratiate themselves to Trump by investigating Biden -- in exchange for removal of the Ukrainian ambassador. It's a strange twist. Perhaps Trump is guilty of the same corrupt move he was accusing Ukraine having participated in at the hands of Biden.

David Correia, the New Mexico activist, or some other?

I think I had him confused with a different goon. Definitely not the NM liberal.

But some Googling turned this up:

Over the summer, Dianne and Michael Pues got an ominous phone call from the business partner of a Ukrainian-American entrepreneur who owes the couple more than $500,000 over a movie deal gone bad.

“He said the Ukrainians were upset because we were ‘a dangling participle’ and we needed to make a deal to make them go away,” Dianne Pues, who lives in New Jersey with her husband, recounted in a recent interview. “He said we no longer knew who we were dealing with and that the Ukrainians had ties all the way up to the State Department and the White House and they were partners with Rudy Giuliani.”

That was Correia. Basically, this guy warned a couple Parnas and Fruman conned not to cause “trouble”...
