Originally I bought and recommended the TwinMos Dual pack from Newegg because of the price and the "chance" you could get the winbond UTT AA4T chips. I did and they performed well, but now that the Speed Premiums have dropped in price I would go with them over the dual packs.
With the Speed Premium single stick packs most reports if not all I've seen are AA4T. . I just ordered a set of the Speed Premiums last night and I'll let you know how they do.
Edit: I got the Speed Premiums today, they are AA4T/44D chips and so far there doing much better than the dual pack set
Speed Premiums AA4T/44D chips
3.2Volt = 249fsb 2-2-2-8
3.3Volt = 252fsb 2-2-2-8
3.4Volt = 254fsb 2-2-2-8
I redid my cooling fan setup on the ram and got a nice improvement looks like I'll have to retest the dual pack now
Dual Pack AA4T/50D chips
3.1Volt = 218fsb 2-2-2-8
3.2Volt = 224fsb 2-2-2-8
3.3Volt = 230fsb 2-2-2-8
3.4Volt = 240fsb 2-2-2-8
Also the OCZ Value VX at Atacom are pretty much a gaurantee winbond UTT
