Stop trolling. Yes, I had a better dinner. Sauteed kale, grilled salmon and quinoa. $2? Good for you.

Grilled salmon and the like for $2? Did you catch it yourself or did it fall off a truck?

I am going to chime in on too many both over estimate and also under estimate their food costs, the nutrition they take in and how it makes them feel.

Eating a McDouble each day is a set sail for fail move. For one at like only 300 calories and chances are 1 of only 2 meals most are eating, it's no wonder you don't even lift, bro. 😉

Where did I say I paid $2? I was refering to him paying $2 for a frozen dinner that he compares to gourmet food. I'd rather eat quality and healthy foods than worry about cost. Oh, I also went out for lunch and had some delicious dolsot bibimbap.

I don't lift bro? Sure. Oh, I also ran 13 miles tonight before making dinner.

Yeah, I have. I don't look forward to eating them again. You want to eat seaweed and sawdust, that's your business.

 Kale is from the cabbage family and quinoa is high in protein. Educated, you are not. And seaweed is delicious. But enjoy that week old Mcdonalds.

Not terrible considering the convenience. $2 would be about my limit though. More than that, I'd eat out, or get something from Amy's.
I think I got a four pack of those at Costco for something like $10 before. They were pretty good actually. I certainly would rather have one that one (or two) McDoubles.
There is nothing obscure about quinoa. It has been cultivated for more than 4,000 years.

Sure, grown for 4,000 years and a fad in the US for maybe two years now. It's healthy, but we'll see if it sticks around in America other than Whole Foods and vegan restaurants.

Dudes/Dudettes please eat some real food. Make some recipes from home to know what real eggs and sausage and hamburgers look like.
