The guy next to me in my residence is playing his music right now (2:20am here). I wouldn't mind it so much, because, granted, he doesn't have it up that loud, but all I can here in my room is the bassline. It's extremely annoying. "So go knock on his door and tell him to shut it off", you say? Already tried that. He won't answer his door! I've gone and knocked on two serperate occasions in the last 20 minutes. Also I've banged on the wall a few times. What a total jerk this guy is...

baby powder on a sheet of paper, just blow it under the door with your hair dryer.

Or, just light some cigarettes and stick em under.

Or, call his phone every 5 seconds.

I dunno, lots of things you can do :)

Acquire some Cradle of Filth and wait for him to turn off his music. Place your speakers right next to his wall, and play the cd over and over again for like the next 3 days.

Before you let him out make sure he promises never to play his music after 12am. Or if he is banging someone, thats cool, let him finish! You knocking is only prolonging it.

Even worse, maybe he went to a party and forgot it was on.

You could do what one of my friends did, he played Bounce from SOAD (System of a down)... over and over and over and over............. you get the picture. He borrowed my 180w 10" Home theatre sub and played it through that and hs comp. speakers. If you have ever heard the song, you'll understand.

Just do what we do when our neighbors play tribal music of some sort. I just crank the Z560's right back at them or my roomate will blast away his redneck country songs.

Eh, bad idea to play that repeatedly around a population already predisposed to suicide. *shudders*

One jumped off the bridge, one hung himself off the brdge, one fell downa flight of stairs and broke her neck, and i think the other jumped as well.... gotta love this h3llhole

Sounds like the bridge is a bad place to hang out :p Unless you're trying to get new stuff for those Faces Of Death video's that is ;)

I had a downstairs neighbor who was on the road every few weeks, and would forget to shut off his LOUD clock radio, that was set for 4:45 am: every morning, the SOB would go off, beeping really load, and the radio would play for about 10 minutes really loud. I became like Pavlov's Dog, and would wake up a few minutes every morning before the alarm would go off, because I knew it was gonna wake me. I finally left a really long nasty note on the guys door, and it never happened again.
