why are people racist if they don't like muslims?

it's a religion.

Because apologist pretend liberals can be just as ignorant and stupid as any conservative that believes Obama is a Muslim because his father once was, because in their twisted world Muslim = brown.

Actually, the word racist is typically asked to do a whole lot of work it isn't supposed to do.

The word racist is way too specific.

The correct word to use to describe someone who discriminates and labels all members of a group as having the same characteristics as one specific member, is bigot. Doesn't matter if it's race, ethnicity, gender, gender identification, sexuality, religion, etc.

Race just happens to be one of the most common ones used here in the US, for obvious reasons. Using the word racist instead of bigot is more of a tactical error, than someone being a "pretend liberal", or living in a "twisted world" where Muslim = brown.

When our team does it, it does it for freedom and democracy.

When their team does it, it does it because it is Evil™.

Why do you hate America?

Love it or leave it.

so as do you stand with ISIS?

You support gays being killed for being gay?

Woman for being turned into sex slaves?

Targeting obvious civilians in your war against the evil west?

Because right now your doing a great job defending those people.

Not only are you a coward, but you're one of the stupidest people to post on this forum.

So congrats on that, coward.

You think it's unreasonable to conclude that anti-Muslim rhetoric by western leaders causes resentment among Muslims which could increase the risk of terrorism? I don't know that Trump has specifically caused one or more terrorist attacks. It may be impossible to ever know that. But his remarks are more likely to degrade our security against terrorism than to help it. And his remarks are being used by both ISIS and Al Shahaab in their recruitment videos.

Ah well, at least you got the part about Trump being a "dumbass" right.

Liberals now want it both ways:

1) Muslim terrorists are not Muslims.
2) If you call them Muslims terrorist you are creating more terrorists.

Which is it?

If they are not Muslim terrorists then if you wrongly call them Muslim terrorists they shouldn't be insulted and more radicalized. Because you know, they aren't Muslims.

Whether or not I am a bigot or racist, I am not morally deficient.

That is not for you to decide any more than the slaveowners.

No, what you are doing is avoiding debate and virtue-signaling. How about instead of calling me a racist, you tell me where I am wrong. Tell me why muslims deserve to live in our society when they refuse to integrate/assimilate and are openly hostile to all others. Tell me why they are better than Christians, Jews, Hindus, Buddhists, Pastafarians, Scientologists, or Satanists. Tell me why they should get a pass every time a "radical" muslim commits a terrorist act when moderate muslims support those terrorist acts and support killing homosexuals.

The fact is you can't, and just want to call me a racist. Well guess what, I am an islamophobe and I fucking hate muslims. I was not raised to be a racist or homophobe (still not) or islamophobe, but rather it is a reaction to their hate and bigotry towards people like me, you (unless you are a muslim pig yourself), and towards civilized society as a whole. I will not support their decrepit institution.

It would be quite the surprise if you of all people could determine what I can't do. Especially a task which only trivially requires knowing any muslims to determine that they do not fulfill the state media stereotype parading around in your head. The very idea that a billion ordinary people all around the world are uniquely terrible above all others is so comical on its face that it obviously comes from true believers who project this characteristic onto others.

It's always interesting when someone who clearly doesn't get around much questions the intelligence of people who do.

It's not really a coincidence that mexicans, muslims, or the black "culture" of criminals are all mostly darkies.

When certain groups use those epithets, they don't really think of the white-spanish mexican or the like.

That isn't to say they're triggered by dark skin, but rather it's easier for leadership to formulate the idea of an enemy based on obvious visual appearance.

I'm sure people who look like you also commit crimes, like killing many thousands of helpless people. Are they criminals because they look like you, such that we should round you up just to be safe?

Buckshat alt ?

Kind of suspicious he hasn't been here, after reading back 5 pages.

Though he'd normally be all over this in a heartbeat.
I am enjoying my stay in your mind, I think I'll start moving furniture around now.

Glancing over some of this person's posts I find them abhorrent. I do believe there is a fundamental problem with Islam but there are many who call themselves Muslim that do not follow through with these troubling commands. I've had Muslim friends who were good people. I knew a guy who was a doctor in Afghanistan, he got run off by the Taliban and despised them. He was a dishwasher in this country and worked his tail off. I would go to his house to visit and his whole family couldn't have been nicer.
