My mom is serving tuna from Spain at her cafe. The stuff is expensive but the rich snots go for anything imported.

How is spanish tuna different from any other kind?

It has more of a fishy taste to it. I'm comparing canned tuna to fresh tuna though.

The best part is when the half eaten tuna sandwich with onion on it finds its way into the garbage can near you, at 12:30, and work is not over until 5:30, with an ambient air temperature of 75 degrees, along with a prevailing breeze in your direction.

excuse the run-on sentence

I find it hard to believe that *anything* comes anywhere close to smoked salmon... I can drive 60 miles west to the Pacific coast and get freshly smoked salmon that's the best in the world. No WAY anything comes close...

I'm moving to the East Coast in two days. I can't *wait* to sample the local seafood.

I doubt I'll eat much else for the first few months.
