My mom is serving tuna from Spain at her cafe. The stuff is expensive but the rich snots go for anything imported.

It has more of a fishy taste to it. I'm comparing canned tuna to fresh tuna though.
 
The best part is when the half eaten tuna sandwich with onion on it finds its way into the garbage can near you, at 12:30, and work is not over until 5:30, with an ambient air temperature of 75 degrees, along with a prevailing breeze in your direction.

I'm moving to the East Coast in two days. I can't *wait* to sample the local seafood.

I doubt I'll eat much else for the first few months. :thumbsup:
