For people who don't know about Tulsi Gabbard (IE everybody not from Hawaii), she was the youngest person elected to the Hawaii legislature and she left office to serve in Iraq in 2004. Then she had a second tour in 2008.

Why isn't the minority race statis working exactly the same as it does for Blacks , If Hormel has to hire xnumber of blacks to x number of whites , Why aren't hispanics getting those jobs the gooberment imposes on employers> Seems to me it should be X whites followed by X hispanics followed by x blacks .
