What's the odds. I'm going the 50-50 chance I'll place my ego bet at nothing will happen other than a gasp or no applause from some.
I also say Trump goes off the rails in the second half and talks about the fake media and it becomes a campaign speech.

What's your thoughts will there be an Obama "You lie" moment.
Someone please help me out with the guy who shouted that out in 2009(?)

I'm not sure if a Democrat would yell "you lie". I'm not sure whether or not I want them to. I tend to expect them to have more class than Republicans (not hard to have more class than absolute zero). However I am 100% sure that Trump will tell a lie during his speech. I am in fact 100% sure he'll tell several and about 90% sure he'll tell more lies than truth and that it will have the single most number of lies ever told in a speech to Congress.
 
I'm 100% confident imported_tajmahal inserted himself in to this conversation thread to continue his ongoing defense of Tang Thang not only because he hates Dems but his unrequited love for the Tang Thang makes him grumpy and everyone must pay. He'll never love you Taj.

Of course The Orange Substance will spew his Orange Mist of lies, misinformation, sexy level of ignorance and incompetence and ugliness. He has followers to feed!

So if you think it's ok for a member of Congress to yell "you lie" if the President says something untrue, then you'll defend if Democrats yell "you lie" like a dozen times during each and every Trump speech since that's about the minimum number of times he lies in EVERY SINGLE LAST SPEECH he gives?

I think his name was Joe Wilson. Conservatives were happy he did it. Assholes.

My bets will be on how many lies will Trump utter in the address?

Also how many times will he brag about himself?

How many times will his solutions be quick, the best, the biggest, bigly, me...me...me...me

Also there will be no mention about the majority of voters who didn't vote for him

Media is at fault for his low approval

Obama is at fault for the protests

Media is at fault for fake news

Homer did add an additional interesting question, Trumps over/under self congratulation. I'm not sure how to track that, I'm up for suggestions.

Edit: Maybe how many times Trump says "I" instead of "We"
 
I sincerely hope not. Those are things done in third world countries normally. I suspect there will be some major groans when the inevitable lies start spewing though.

No, I don't think there will be. They're quite content watching him self-destruct as he speaks. Both sides.

Damn, should have taken time to develop a Trump Address to Congress drinking game.

I hope Dem doesn't yell "you lie". Should not lower themselves to the level of Republicans and conservatives.
 
On a lighter note it would be funny when Trump lies all the Dems hold this up...

If I was a democratic congressman and trump was speaking to me, I would walk out, if in his speech, he started taking a partisan turn and blaming Democrats or calling them sore losers and the like. Anything short of that and I would simply bite my tongue and show him the respect he and Republicans never did for Obama.
