Trump's lawyer created shell corporation to hide payment to porn star

Trump has given Mueller so much actionable data to sift through that when he does come for him with a tsunami of evidence maybe he'll be too arrogant to resign so we can all watch the ship sink together.

The guy is such an arrogant a-hole that I wouldn't shed a tear for him if it does happen. If any man is this bad, irrespective of party or anything else, he needs to be removed from office pronto.

Playing devils advocate here, you got to hand it to Donald Trump.
I know men around Trump's age and none of them have porn stars falling all over them.
For some old man in his 70's, this should give all men of younger years a lot of hope.
Especially men closing in on their 50's, 60's and 70's.
Most men feel suicidal as they approach their golden years.
This should give men hope.
And unlike Donald Trump, it is doubtful the presidency will be an issue for most men. So the buying silence part shouldn't be a problem.... for the rest of you.
If you're a senior citizen or soon to be, and any porn star takes a liking to you, I say just sit back and enjoy.
If I were a Donald Trump supporter I'd say to Donald, YOU GO GIRL.... 😉
I wouldn't pay for her silence, I'd pay her to get out there and tell all.

Melania is the one needing a check here, not the porn star.

I hate Donald, but this isnt the scandal thats gonna bring him down. We have to wait on the Russia thing. And if that doesnt work then nothing will.

Is it illegal to set up the shell corporation? These things are done for money laundering, but usually that's because the source of the money is illegally obtained.

The church still loves him because he'll do whatever they wish when they ask him to. You've seen the pictures of his supporters with their signs thanking Jesus for him. Organized religion does what it wants to using whatever the excuse of the week is to justify it.

Put a few billion dollars in your pocket and you can have the pornstars flocking to your door as well, if you want them to. The attraction is the money, not The Donald.

And as far as OP's comment about DE "allowing" such behavior (re the LLC), whoever formed the LLC is responsible for certifying it is conducting lawful business. If it's not (and I've seen nothing to indicate this) then the state can take action.

I doubt this puts The Donald in any legal jeopardy. From what I've seen of his behavior he relies on other people's money if at all possible. I doubt greatly the cash came out of his pocket. If the matter gets pursued and if the money came from someone else, they and all involved in the transaction could face legal problems if it is treated as a disguised campaign contribution (which it should be).

Just like this entire Russia thing...the money is the interesting part. There were a lot of very odd transmits of Russia money into the US around and after the US election. How did the money get into the shell corporation.
