Beat me to it. Originally Trump wanted to delegate stuff he can't delegate. Apparently he didn't know they were functions the President has to do.
For the record I'm a huge fan of delegation why do something you hate when someone else will do it and probably enjoy it but there are limits & rules that need to be followed.
