POTUS demanding that SCOTUS and other Federal courts only ever decide in his favor? Yeah, that is rather boldly unconstitutional. In fact, the document would cease to have any meaning at that point
if the courts decided to go along with such a vile demand, all amendments would essentially be deeded void, and it would be the first day of true American Dictatorship.
Good thing the courts won't do that, and Roberts sure as shit would never do that. Still, if real, this means that
we actually have a POTUS and VPOTUS that are gleefully arguing for a true Dictatorship. This is not hyperbole. That is exactly what Pence is supposedly calling for.
That, alone, should be legitimately alarming. But it's not--time to duflect to some Obama, I guess.
