Where in Trumps tweet did he mention race? Seems to be race was brought up by the Dems.

And LOL at this whole thing. I think Trump needs to write a book called "The Art of the Troll". He's a master lol He's got these freshman TRIGGERED!
You must be pretty stupid to think race must be mentioned for something to be racist.

I guess the judge would couldn't do his job because he was Mexican wasn't racist either?

Nice going Trump Jr.

Don't ya's just love it how Trump, with a sweeping wave of his stubby fingers and a dismissive lame excuse for his despicable behavior, simply carries on as if his blatantly racist diatribes really didn't matter, with many of his supporters cheering him on with "Ha! you baited them again! Don't those stupid commie socialists ever learn?"

Trump's stupid minions raving over the stupidity of Trump's stupidly handled stupidly performed sophomoric diversionary ploys.

And this is how far the Repub Party has had to lower their standards down to in order to lend Trump their support.

How low can Trump and his cast of cultists go? As low as they need to in order to convince themselves that they are the real winners and everyone else are traitors and "should go back to where they came from". Only (get this for coded trigger phrases) "real Americans" deserve to live in the America "that our forefathers built and died for". Never mind that untold thousands of them died fighting against slavery and the Thousand Year Reich.

You make it sound like his voters care about this. They're happy they have Trump. He's the best president ever for them.

Just look at Jon Voight. Then multiply that with 65 million.

He's Angelina Jolie's dad, right? I think that is significant.

You aren't going to see Trump voters breaking into a rousing chorus of "Tomorrow belongs to me" because they know it doesn't. Trumpery is a nihilist death-cult, at heart. Which may explain why they don't care about climate change. They don't care if we make it through the night.

Just reminding his racist base, that he's still with them like he did at the start of his first run for Pres.

All this shit aside, we can at least revel in that we won't have him more than 8 years. What is the saddest is that after it is all said and done and we've moved on, this man will still be walking around knowing he was the top man of a country and thinking he did good things, he will still be living like a king, he will still demand respect, blah blah. I would like nothing more than his world to come crashing down, his fortunes lost, his family on the streets, and the Trump name in shambles. Sadly, that most likely won't happen in any capacity. He will have pissed off and pissed on half the world, and walk away scott free without a care. THIS is what is truly bad about our country and where it is headed. Have enough money, get out of everything. It's never changed and never been more true.

It’s not even really about the money. It’s that if he is not impeached and/or prosecuted every president after him will see there are no meaningful consequences for overt criminal activity and blatant disregard for the powers of Congress. It will lead to no less than the death of the separation of powers at a minimum and possibly the death of American democracy. Even if Trump’s successor is more normal that will be temporary as from that point forward we are relying on the whims and good faith of the executive as to if they follow the law.

This is why Pelosi’s decision not to impeach him is so dangerous. Hopefully the criminal justice system will pick up the mantle if she does not but it’s a scary thing to pin the hopes for our country on.

Sorry, all true. It sets precedent for people to push even further. My comment was more directly just a hatred towards him which I don't usually wish on anyone.

So in Trump's mind and those of his supporters, this is what "Making America Great Again" is all about? That our president should set a good example to the people of the nation by being an admitted racist?

Really? WTF?

And if not that, then when was it that Making America Great Again meant turning it back into a dictatorship led by a racist misogynist narcissistic imbecile con man?

Honest question, have you ever for one second gotten the impression that Donald Trump actually gives a single, solitary shit about America? He does not care and has never cared about making America great. This is one of the things that makes him so dangerous. If his back is against the wall there's nothing he won't do to save himself because there's nothing about the country he values more than his own well being.

This is also why 2020 is going to be a god damn nightmare, especially if it looks like he's going to lose.

In answer to your query, no, not for a single second. My post was meant to express my exasperation at and contempt for Trump's disgraceful use of patriotism and solidarity of which he has none of and no intent to make happen. This in order to curry favor to himself and make it appear that his intentions are (laughably) selfless and true blue in nature.

As for the latter, I couldn't agree more.
