Nevermind, trump lied.

Well now Trump is definitely going to jail for these charges!

(definitely not. He may go to jail for some of the Georgia indictments if they happen though, if the Dems hold power)

The first hearing for the Manhattan case isn't until Dec. That trial not likely to start this year. Leaves plenty of time for the following to begin...

E. Jean Carroll rape case (starts April)
Georgia election fraud case
MAL documents obstruction case
Jan 6 insurrection case

whew!!!
Trump team asking for a delay.

Another threatening letter with white power.

Another threatening letter was sent to Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg Wednesday afternoon, sources told The Post.
The letter contained white powder and was found in the basement mailroom of 80 Centre Street, according to two sources familiar with the situation.
The NYPD, the Office of Emergency Management, the Department of Environmental Protection all responded to the scene.
The latest threat was first reported by ABC News and confirmed by The Post.
No injuries or illness were reported.
An envelope containing suspicious powder was also sent to Bragg late last month after news emerged his office was on the verge of indicting former President Trump. That powder was deemed not hazardous about three hours after it was discovered, an official said back then.
Trump was charged with 34 felony counts tied to falsifying business records earlier this month by Manhattan prosecutors.

Had to ask...intentional, or Freudian? lol

I mean, it's pretty clear that both are true with that letter.

When does Trump get slammed with federal charges for every single instance of orange fanboys mailing death threats and booby traps to federal and state employees that are simply doing their jobs in prosecuting the criminal Trump family?

Can the judge order Trump to publicly call off his dogs or face serious jail time?

how many hamburgers has he thrown so far....

~Result of the ruling: the judge canceled all of the Trump defendants’ business certificates in New York, and ordered that within 10 days, they must recommend no more than three potential independent receivers to manage the dissolution of the canceled LLCs.

Up 'til now, has Trump been able to move assets out of those LLCs? I would think he would have tried to drain all the named businesses as soon as the indictments were announced. He has 400+ entities to play with.

This seems like one of those things that sounds like a big deal but really isn’t. It’s not like he has real assets right? Or does this mean he loses actual real estate as well?

While IANAL I do know that courts have long been wise to that and you generally can’t do it.

I saw a story today where Trump was looking at guns and then lied and said in an interview that he bought it when its illegal for anyone under indictment to buy a gun.

But don’t worry… the “we don’t need new laws, enforce the ones we have“ crowd will be all about how this law is stupid and should never be enforced anyway.
