Trump nominated for a Nobel Peace Prize.

I don't know. If Trump is nominated and wins, then just like the Presidential Medal of Freedom, the Nobel peace Prize would lost its meaning.

You do know they actually gave the award to Henry Kissinger?

What "meaning" do you think it actually has?

Honestly, Trump has really done something big for peace in the middle east.

I, personally, have always been annoyed with the squeeling palestinians always complaining about the conditions of their defeat. Like so many people in history, the palestinians fought the good fight and we're simply out played by a better funded and better organized enemy.

No one talks about giving the United States back to the native americans, aside from time there is very little that differentiates the Palestinians from the native americans. Forced into ghettos and into perpetual servitude and poverty. If native americans launched an intifada every decade you'd bet your ass we'd go in and kill a couple thousand everytime.

At the end of the day, I am glad that a President had thrown his weight entirely behind one side of this conflict and got it moving toward a resolution.

Before to long, Israel will be able to implement it's final solution and we can all go back to watching our Sunday morning cartoons without interruption.

/S... Or not, who knows these are strange times.

I didn't know that calling nations "shithole countries" met the definition of "peace".

Along with Muslim bans, kids in cages in concentration camps, and using tear gas on citizens.

I might be going out on a limb, but I think that pretty much qualifies as "undeserving". 😎

Trump doesn't want the prize for its sake, he wants the million dollars that comes with it.

All awful things, agreed. I think they should scrap these awards entirely regardless of which morally bankrupt individual "achieves" the "honour" of receiving one, they're useless.

Umm... what has Trump done in the middle east other than killing the iranian general and nearly putting the US at war with iran (twice actually)? Seems kind of odd to nominate him for the peace prize for peace in the middle east...

Alas poor Donny, always the bridesmaid never the bride.
