Trump: No Judges of Mexican Descent Allowed

For buckshot the judge is a racist because he belongs to an organization that tries to give a hand up to Hispanics in the legal field. He believes that hand ups ought to be color or race blind and go to those who most.need them. This is a moral and rational point of view bases on a sense that equality is justice, it is how things should be if nobody suffered from handicaps caused by racism in the past and still present today. Now everybody on earth that retains their humanity knows that equality and justice are good, so you are not going to convince him he is wrong. All you can hope for is to try to explain the exception to the universal rule, that non whites in America have been handicapped by historical racism and don't start competition equally prepared.

He's diseased. I point it out so that others might avoid contagion.

This has been all over the news. You can search for Trump's most recent CNN interview with Jake Tapper I believe and listen to it in it's entirety.

Thanks, I hadn't seen that. You mean this right? http://www.cnn.com/videos/politics/...ton-judge-jake-tapper-full-interview-lead.cnn

Yeah, this leaves no doubt. Definitely racist, and he's given every opportunity to back away from it and doubles down with it. And he doesn't even understand how it's racist after Tapper spells it out super clearly.

it seems as though the usual drumpf apologists have shied away from his most recent verbal blunder. Just waiting to hear that we've heard it wrong, it was just a physical description of the judge, not racially motivated, we're twisting drumpf's words, etc...

They're just trying to compartmentalize it away. When Trump moves on to the next outrage they'll just follow along as if it or all the other hateful & nonsensical shit he's ever said never happened.

It's the group dynamics of a leadership cult.

They already tried. This judge is a member of some Spanish word I can't remember, which is the same as some Mexican Power/Clan like group buuuttttt the judges group has another name at the end which makes it essentially a group of south American lawyers that give each other advice and support people joining law as a profession, they are not part of the racist group.
Some have tried to link the judge to the bad guys. One Trump supporter apologized for the misunderstanding.

I like bringing south park into things when possible. The situation is similar to the confusion between Manbla (you know the perverted guys) and manbla, the

Paul Ryan could not have picked a more opportune moment to "endorse" The Duck. I think the saving grace of this saga is that The Duck himself stripped of any cover his supporters were using to put lipstick on his racism. "Oh, he is not talking about race, but fighting against "Political Correctness." "He is just telling it like it is about illegal immigration," etc.

I don't know anything about this judge. Definitely wouldn't call him a racist.

I don't know how helping only those who need it doesn't work if certain races have been historically disadvantaged. If a higher percentage of black kids need help because of this then so be it. But to assume they need it, I don't like and I do believe that is racist.

Somewhat related question, how do you account for the disintegration of the black family after the civil rights acts and war on poverty? This is more of a problem with black kids than institutionalized racism.

Somewhat interesting question. Start a fearing thread about it.

This seems to describe everything, literally everything that ever came out of Trump's mouth.

Uh no.

This judge's political activism gives a clear sense of conflict of interest.

Former attorney general: Trump right to question judge’s fairness

Former Attorney General Alberto Gonzales says Donald Trump is right to challenge the fairness a judge overseeing lawsuits against him.
...
Gonzales said Curiel is a member of La Raza Lawyers of San Diego, which Trump aides say is affiliated with a national group vociferously opposing Trump, National Council of La Raza (NCLR).
...
If, however, Trump is acting from a sincere motivation to protect his constitutional right to fair trial, his willingness to exercise his rights as an American citizen and raising the issue even in the face of severe criticism is surely also something for voters to consider.”

You do know that that La Raza reference is inaccurate and has been debunked.
But damn, at least take a second to research the shit that you post and pr believe. This really can't be what our country has devolved to, it should really be embarrassing for you.

Care to post a link to that debunking sparky?

You might want to re-read my post. The Judge is involved with a very politically active anti-trump legal group. That alone is enough to see a clear conflict of interest.

The fact that same legal group which racially identifies itself under the name "La Raza", which translates to "The Race", is also telling. This would be equivalent to a Judge being a member of a group called "The Aryans".

So this judge goes around giving scholarships to immigrants sponsored by that group, fine.

Judge also gives scholarships to illegal immigrants. Last I heard, being in this country illegally was - illegal. And the job of a judge is to enforce the law.

http://dailycaller.com/2016/06/01/j...sity-case-is-member-of-la-raza-lawyers-group/

Curiel served on the selection committee in 2014 for the La Raza Lawyers of San Diego Scholarship Fund. Six of seven of the recipients of these scholarships ranging from $1500 to $1600 were born in Central America. One of them, Ricardo Elorza, described himself as “undocumented.”

...
“Our organization has not been involved in organizing any of the anti-Trump rallies, much less encouraged our members or anyone to participate in any illegal activity,” La Raza Lawyers of San Diego told TheDC in a statement Wednesday. “We help empower Latino attorneys, judges and law students, and provide services to the greater local Latino community.

And the NAACP is just like the Aryan brotherhood, obviously.

The great part about all of this is that it's just a smokescreen to cover the documentation & damning testimony of former employees wrt Trump U. "Don't look at the evidence! Look at the Judge! He's not fair!"

The will to believe overrides all other considerations among his followers, just like every other leader cult in the history of humanity.

Hey Shady, since you've just joined this. I suggest heading on back to pre-post 100. I believe this explained the legal group: http://forums.anandtech.com/showpost.php?p=38268159&postcount=96

If that doesn't satisfy you'll have to wade through a little dodgy stuff, but we still end up at Trump calling an American a Mexican, because he has no grounds to challenge the judge's objectivity in court, so he's doing it in public via racism and his charming persecution complex, shared by many of his legion of followers.

Incidentally in a follow up interview on CBS Trump has actually now outright said a Muslim judge would also be a potential problem.

Later, when asked if he believed a Muslim judge would treat him unfairly because of another controversial proposal to temporarily bar Muslims from entering the U.S., Trump replied: "It's possible, yes. Yeah. That would be possible, absolutely."
http://www.cbsnews.com/news/donald-trump-its-possible-muslim-judge-would-treat-me-unfairly/

Barring a surprising selective quotation which would lead to criticisms when the full interview airs, its significant to point out that Trump said the mere fact a judge is Muslim would be a problem, not something like only if the judge is a member of a certain problematic organization. Since we should be talking about a US citizen here when we are talking about a judge of a court, this is a case where Trump's issues with Muslims do specifically apply beyond non-citizens. As I noted previously in this thread, you do have to wonder what other groups Trump might have a problem with a judge from being involved in a court case involving him...

Edit: Its clear from the available sources that the quotation above didn't leave out anything relevant from Trump's comment on this specific subject.

Incidentally on top of the other problems of how some on this forum have tried to characterize the professional Hispanic lawyers association which Judge Curiel, happens to be a member of, there is the fact that if Trump's actual actual problem was with the organization he should have said nothing about the judge's Mexican heritage specifically and simply talked about the organization or the like. Instead Trump has repeatedly talked about the judge's Mexican heritage being a problem and even simply called the judge a Mexican (even though he was born in the US in 1953) so the other issues are really simply a diversion from what Trump has actually specifically said.

Don't you know that pointing out a persecution complex is persecution?

No, I won't. I'm not reposting something that's been discussed many times in this thread and in the media. Google it. It'll help educate you or you can continue to be ignorant, which I think you prefer.

Honestly, how crazy is this. You come into a thread posting something from the Daily Caller, that has not only been discussed and debunked in this thread and in the media and ask me for a link? The conservative bubble.

The group is not anti-trump and is nonpartisan. There is no evidence that they have organized any anti-Trump activity.
