He is going to say a lot of stuff. He has always been big on flooding the field with bullshit in order to see what resonates with people and then focusing on that.

As was mentioned by a pundit on MSNBC, the DOJ's practice of being closed mouthed over pending litigation provides an information vacuum that Trump, his minions and FOX will quite gladly take advantage of to its maximum extent via flooding the airwaves with the typical bullcrap disinformation they're so notorious for.

Yup but yet Pence is demanding DOJ release details of the indictment. But once details truly show how damning the evidence is, they’ll turnaround and say they leaked stuff to influence the jury.

What about a inept and compromised sized Judge?

The one in FL will by no means be the final word. The higher the case goes in the federal system the worse his chances and I sincerely doubt SCOTUS bails him out.

Ok so this is new—apparently after documents were moved to the STORAGE ROOM near the pool—which DOJ notes is accessible from several areas of Mar-a-Lago and has a door that wasn’t always locked—Nauta opened the door and found someone had been rummaging through the documents and left TOP SECRET folders on the floor:

It will take a medium sized miracle for him to avoid prison.
Even if he is found guilty and sentences to time it will be house arrest. There is no chance of him going to prison. It would just be to much of a hassle for everyone. Instead the SS will be tasked with basically being his prison guards.
Overall I doubt it will change his lifestyle much.

I'd actually prefer a pardoning agreement. He can get out of this if he never attempts to run for office, promotes or participates in any politics, sells or closes Truth Social, and no longer grifts online for money. Of course with major penalties for violating any of these conditions.

I wonder if Trey Gowdy is getting wistful and teary-eyed reading this indictment—if only he had gotten something like this during the Hillary witch hunt.
