No, bragging about how many black supporters you have is something that politicians running for office do. And even if you weren't seeking election bragging about black friends doesn't invariably mean you're racist, it probably just means you're being egotistical. Racism, boasting, and the racial makeup of your friends are 3 entirely separate things and the Venn Diagram overlap between them might be anywhere from almost complete to almost non-existent.

No, bragging about your african american (which turned out didn't even support you, lol) is something desperate racists do, as is bragging about a cherry picked poll with black people, as is bragging about barely higher support than the "welfare queen" guy. Now, I suppose it's possible not all 3 are stack ranked the same in terms of racism, but all 3 aggregated together certainly looks pretty bad.
