Trump Fires Bolton

Well this is awkward. He was actually the adult in this situation and advised against it. I want to feel bad. But can't. Anyone that hitches their wagon to this crazy train deserves anything they get.

It has to be someone who is in on the 2016 collusion, so, Kushner new national security advisor? Or Eric Prince? Or maybe that Russian diplomat whats his face.

Even us liberals have to give credit to Trump here. Even if he is arguably the most corrupt president in US history, he is not the worst by a long shot. He didn't do anything as bad as dropping the ball on 9/11 or starting a disastrous useless war based on complete lies...yet. And it looks like he is keeping neocons on short leash.

I really, really hope Bolton has a book deal in the works. That'll be some fun reading.

Most stable genius administration ever.

Holy fuck this is going to get funnier by the day. What a complete and utter dipshit Trump is. And Bolton is a notorious asshole so this will be good.

Between Trump and Bolton, Trump is probably the lesser evil. Still LOL at him wanting to have the Taliban over to Camp David to celebrate 9/11.

I'm torn. On one hand, Bolton is objectively awful. On the other hand, Trump's clear belief that he is the state is near the top of the long list of disturbing things about his administration. On the balance in this specific case ... yay?

While it's good that he fired Bolton because Bolton is absolutely insane, it's absurd that he ever hired him to begin with and it's just a further sign of Trump's incompetence.

I mean Bolton is many things but you can't say he wasn't 100% clear on his foreign policy views for the last 20 years at least. If Trump had paid even the slightest bit of attention he would have known what Bolton was about and the fact that he apparently didn't says a lot.
