you're kidding right?

Donald Trump literally lies on a daily basis, are you seriously going to try and defend one of his more blatant and irresponsible lies?

That he lies every time he opens his pie hole is one thing, but when his supporters either agree with those blatant lies of his or simply ignore them is what scares me the most. Those folks are even more dangerous than Trump.

Yet if Trump were a Democrat and being exactly the way he is now, can you even imagine those same supporters of his still being idiotically loyal to him as they are now? I'd bet that he'd then be seen as the devil incarnate himself come to start the beginning of the end to all things.

Party before Country becomes quite evident when viewed from that perspective.

Bzzzt WRONG. At the time of the surveillance, Obama was the president.

I do agree with your logic though: if there was any real evidence, the allegations could have been proven. Since that didn't happen, it's obvious that there is zero real collusion between Trump and Russia.

OR the rabbit hole is just that deep. Also, I am sure there is no "real" collusion between trump and russia as there isnt between a retard and its caretaker.
Blissful ignorance at best. At worst the most vile traitor in the history of your country is sitting in the oval.
Place your bets.

Great, now you know I just want to know who ordered the wiretapping trump was caught in.

The judges on the FISA court ordered it. The president and other political appointees don't have the ability to order wiretaps on people. This was a deliberate choice made after Nixon.

Trump was 'wiretapped' in the same way that you would be 'wiretapped' if you called the Russian ambassador this afternoon.

I dont understand how this is still happening.
It's simple. The GOP just ignores inconvenient information. The GOP has control of the branch that is able to do something about all this, but keeping libs out of power is much more important than making sure our President isn't colluding with our enemies. Even if Russia is pulling the strings, there aren't a lot of libs in Russian government so that is preferable to possibly losing control to the Dems again. I mean, Christ, the last time libs had control they stopped and reversed a recession we caused and forced corporations to give more people health insurance. So now you understand why this all has to be fake news.

actually, that is exactly why the evangelicals rallied behind and Trump and will fully support him. They fundamentally believe that he is blessed upon this world to bring the rapture. They want him to end all things, because that is the only way that Jesus will return to save the true-believing Christians. ...which should remind all that such evangelicals are a real threat to humanity. religion and fairy tales in service of the individual before the betterment of humanity.

I'm not sure that was the question. The FISA court permits surveilance, it does not order it in the sense that it initiates the process. Some properly authorized agency would have to request a warrant from court. I don't recall exactly who that was.

It orders it in the way that is important in that it determines there is probable cause that someone is acting as the agent of a foreign power. Regardless, political appointees do not request surveillance either.

I don't know why conservatives keep digging on this because no outcome is good. Either Trump and/or his campaign wasn't wiretapped and so the president is a liar, or both nonpartisan law enforcement/intelligence agents and an impartial court think there's probable cause that Trump and/or his campaign is working on behalf of a foreign power.

Like most things I don't think they thought this through.

It's not hard to understand. There are two sides, "us" and "them" Unfortunately "we" (Trump supporters) have a President who has no filter and spouts off. Since "they" (the rest of the nation) can't be allowed to gain traction, the more foolish supporters will do and say whatever they feel fitting no matter how outlandish it may be. It's circle the wagons at all cost.

This type of behavior exists in people everywhere of course, but I'm still shocked to see just how far people are willing to go with it. There's tons of issues with enough grey areas in them that people committed to defending one side can usually find a way to do it. In this case though we've crossed over into easily disprovable lies and yet people STILL defend them.

I mean in the end remember, Trump is THE original classification authority. If he has been wiretapped at any time in his entire life he has the ability to declassify and release all information related to that. The fact that he hasn't done so shows either he's a liar or he has something really bad to hide.

I'm in complete agreement but I lost the ability to be surprised back in the days of Bush. I would have thought the Reps would raise hell when it was learned that Iraq was a lie, but the opposite happened.

Now your starting to get it, what do we really know for sure.
Ohhhhh. It's weed, not alcohol.

Like... the sky isn't even blue, man, that's just the way our eyes work with the atmosphere, and like Russians have way more words for different shades of blue, so they actually SEE more shades of blue.

What DO you really know for sure, man? Right?

Watching that video of him, I simply cannot fathom that dude is our president lol.

And I don't even have sound here.

So true. I'm going to sidestep all the politics being discussed here for right now and just focus on the person being interviewed as a person.
It's unbelievable how this person operates, presents himself and handles others.

My favorite part of the video is when he goes to sit behind his desk and starts looking at those papers like he'd reading them. He fucking pouted like a spoiled brat when "pressed" (and I use that term loosely) with a question.

Kid that didn't read the book trying to give the book report.
I remember in 7th grade we had to do oral book reports in front of the class, and I had a Predator 2 book. To this day I remember when giving my report saying "at the end of the movie" in front of the whole class. I mean the whole reason I picked that book was because I didn't want to read a book and didn't read one, but knew the story. So it all worked out!

I lost a lot of respect for the Predator after that movie. In the first one it takes Arnold to kill him. That's pretty solid as anything that Arnold can barely kill I've got no chance against. The second one gets killed by Danny Glover, the manager from Angels in the Outfield and the guy who almost got murdered on the toilet. Maybe that one was tired or sick or whatever but if Danny Glover can take it down I feel like I've at least got a shot.

Sad day for Predators.

And a nuke went off. Not the kind of comparison I'd like in this situation. Frankly, I'd feel better if the fucking predator was the president.

Well, wait a minute ... he kind of is a "predator".

Dunno.

Well, Trump does seem to be off to a really good start in this regard. His supporters couldn't have picked a better man for the job IMO.
