Given an opportunity to derail, you took it. Tell us more about Trump crushing Macron bigly. You know, without being a superficial twit about it.
The tweets speak for themselves. He's absolutely right and called it like it is.

I know you think that, and that's fine. Why are you so upset that I'm genuinely entertained by making fun of slow, and why do you find it so hard to believe that I find it more entertaining than "yelling at my mirror", as you put it?
How do you figure I'm upset?
You seem pretty upset. Maybe you're the one that needs help?

Maybe. Can you point to why you think that? I would bet its an attempt to try and turn the tables because you don't like what I have said, and have no response, but, maybe you do have something.
Well, you're an excessive nitpicker, you seem to keep missing the forest for the trees in most conversations, you have a poor understanding of how to use statistics etc. You could use some help dealing with those matters.
I don't really mind what you said about me needing help, but that's mostly because I don't really care about your opinion on the issue as I'm sure you don't care about my opinion on you needing help.
Did someone actually say this?"Why build up your defenses to protect against NK's nuclear weapons, which they don't have BTW, but they do have, which they don't, because of me, when it was the Christians who attacked everyone during the Crusades? PAY ME!"
When have you and I ever talked about statistics hmmm....
If I did not care about your opinions, would I ask for them?
When you claimed that London's murder rate had passed NYC's and I pointed out that London had a higher murder rate for a single month and that your claim was wrong since you can't take a single data point and make a such a statement. Obviously you proceeded to defend that claim to the end.
As for your second question, why not?
Ah. Well, it appears that you still do not get the point that was made then. Its factually correct, but, misleading to take a single point of data as the basis of an argument. That is why you need context. Its still strange you do not get that.
"Well, you're an excessive nitpicker, you seem to keep missing the forest for the trees in most conversations, you have a poor understanding of how to use statistics etc. You could use some help dealing with those matters."
Just says why you might find it hard to talk to me. It says nothing as to why you would think I was upset in any way. Was that a deflection maybe?
Thus proving my point that you do not know how to use statistics. Thanks.
Well, talking to a brick wall is pretty hard. At least this particular brick wall seems to get upset which makes it a tad easier and somewhat entertaining.
Ah. Okay so your plan was to shift to something that you could say I got wrong, because you have nothing.

Indeed they do. When Trump threatens Nato the Europeans will obviously try to compensate for that by joining forces on their own. They wouldn't have a prayer against Putin if they didn't. Witness Ukraine & Georgia prior to that. Trump attacks Macron for even suggesting such a sensible thing & you lap it up.
It's also why they're turning the US against its oldest ally. Putin wants Trump to fight his wars for him. This isn't really accurate. Russia's army is effectively much smaller than they like to project. Most of their forces are decommissioned and in disrepair. Russia can't afford to maintain them. Militarily Russia isn't much of a threat to the EU, that's why they're using information warfare.

Russia's resources & capabilities are enormous in comparison to individual Nato countries on their borders. Putin is a nationalist bent on making Russia great again. Part of that is always militarism. Crimea is of strategic importance, so when the situation presented itself, he took it. When the opportunity to punish Ukraine further in the Donbass arose, he took that too. If he can peel the Baltic republics away from their western neighbors he'll probably act much the same.
Putin waged an enormous propaganda campaign in Ukraine to facilitate the election of Yanukovich whose lootocratic ways weakened Ukraine even further after a series of lousy govts. When it all fell down, Putin took what he wanted.
I don't disagree with most of what you're saying.
But keep in mind Ukraine wasn't in NATO or the EU, that was the issue unfortunately. I'm not trying to throw excuses but unfortunately this was a case of realpolitik in action. Russia doesn't have the balls for direct military action on any NATO or EU country's borders. Hopefully the rest of the Baltic states will follow Montenegro's example and join NATO.

Trump is absolutely right again. I don't know that he should have tweeted these, but he is spot on and I care more about logic than feelings.
The tweet highlights:
“Emmanuel Macron suggests building its own army to protect Europe against the U.S., China and Russia. But it was Germany in World Wars One & Two - How did that work out for France?” and ”They were starting to learn German in Paris before the U.S. came along. Pay for NATO or not!”
"The problem is that Emmanuel suffers from a very low Approval Rating in France, 26%, and an unemployment rate of almost 10%. He was just trying to get onto another subject. By the way, there is no country more Nationalist than France, very proud people-and rightfully so!........"
"On Trade, France makes excellent wine, but so does the U.S. The problem is that France makes it very hard for the U.S. to sell its wines into France, and charges big Tariffs, whereas the U.S. makes it easy for French wines, and charges very small Tariffs. Not fair, must change!"
Then I advise you to seek help. If you derive pleasure from attacking people then you might have some issues you should work though. Sounds like you are unhappy from your position in life and you are lashing out at people to fill a void.
The Baltic states, Latvia, Lithuania & Estonia are already part of Nato. They were part of the USSR from WW2 until 1991 or so when the breakup occurred. They are strategically important to Russia. Promoting nationalism is part of weakening Nato, of course. Why should Poles or Germans fight for those people, anyway? Why should Americans, either? Our lives are more important than theirs, right?
So why did Trump refuse to visit Arlington? The tweets speak for themselves. He's absolutely right and called it like it is.
