Donald Trump seems to be upset with balancing court appearances against campaign rallies. Trump's attorneys claim this is unfair to face both.
I remember when I was 12 years old and had the opportunity to work a summer job at the neighborhood Henry's Hamburgers stand. I was excited. A chance to earn some summer fun money and wear a Henry's Hamburgers cap.
However, I had a problem. Mom and dad were planning a big cross country vacation to Florida. I wanted to do that vacation too. I waned to work at Henry's Hamburgers AND I wanted my vacation to Florida.
Sadly, reality hit in and I realized the summer job was out. I wanted to go on that vacation too badly.
Well, Donald Trump appears to be in the same dilemma. Campaigning? Or court? Court or rallies? Considering Trump will never become president ever again, thus unable to pardon himself, and considering those court appearances just might keep his ass put of jail, Donald Trump has a decision to make. Just like That 12 year old kid torn between sunshine and beaches or selling burgers and pocket money. What to do Donald.... what to do????
Be careful Donald with that decision. You just might end up serving up those burgers..... in prison.

I’m going another way. Black Women at least the ones I have known are a hybrid tough mom & tiger mom. They don’t put up with bullshit excuses or lies.

It is kind of incredible that this guy is willing to come straight out and admit they were going for a coup. What’s even more insidious is when you look at the ‘legal’ arguments he was giving to Trump they were all about the electoral count act and the Vice president’s constitutional powers. Now he’s admitting his goal was to abolish that government entirely.

Bureau of Prisons has video conferencing. He can appear in DC, FL and NY all within minutes and without travel.
He seems even more deranged than usual. A "federal takeover", I assume that means martial law? Biden will get right on that. Unless of course Trump means his trusty "patriot" supporters amongst the armed forces (which he probably does have, and a lot.).

He mentioned jurors and safety in the same sentence. Not a genius move for someone who has been informed/warned.
Chances that he's going to say fuck it, I'm losing this trial anyway so I'd better just go all in and call for, yep, an insurrection are rising fast. He's at what, day 3 since being indicted, and he's already sounding like a maniac?
Imagine someone who is in trouble for basically treason (I know the actual charges are specific and not that exactly) calling for a treasonous uprising. Sounds ridiculous but I think it may happen and soon unless his lawyers get to him--or unless they are with him in basically giving up on the legal trial and going for public support--like his lawyer going on the news the other day and saying something that on the surface is very bad for his client.
His calls for protests were met with huge crowds of...dozens or less. I didn't think I'd believe it, but the GOP might still ditch him yet if he looks like he's going down. While that would be awesome, it also probably means Desantis who I detest almost as much.
