I would like to remind you that while you are obsessing about Russia, your government is pondering a $52 billion tax break for the Walton family while kicking people off ObamaCare. These fucktards act like they are doing the working poor a favor with this montrosity and there is BARELY A FUCKING PEEP from any so-called liberal other than Bernie Sanders.

All of this paranoia has taken America-Russia relations to a low that hasn't been seen since the 70s. Trump attacked the Syrian government again this week. If anybody seriously believes Russia is pulling America's strings then what is their objective? They want us to take down Assad?

I think America should pursue better relations with Russia. They are going nowhere. War with them is insanity.

Russia wants us to take down ourselves. Trump & his followers are their unwitting instrument.

Russia's long term interests have nothing to do with Syria and everything to do with long term economic planning.

They see Trump as a way to build themselves back up again. Russia views Trump as a way to damage American standing in the world and they intend to fill that void.

They want to expand their influence. The U.S. Is already viewed as abandoning its position as global leader due to Trumps isolationist policies.

They wanted Trump because he is the quintessential useful idiot.

There are tons of liberals talking about this. Nancy Pelosi, a person Bernie supporters love to hate, was on the floor of the House talking about it while everyone was watching the Comey hearings.

Bernie supporters need to get this silly notion out of their heads that they are the only real liberals.

As someone who supported Bernie in the primary, I consider Bernie to just barely be a liberal himself. Many of his supporters certainly aren't, they've just hopped onto team Bernie and don't understand even why they support his ideas other than he said them.

His followers are even more so.

So what would a real liberal be then?

Most people I know who are liberal would just be quite to the left of Bernie. He's a bit left of center, or at least has spent most of his career there. He's taken up a bit more left leaning policies in the last year or two. Most democrats are not even left of center honestly. It's just that the GOP has gone so absurdly far to the right that even the 90's republican party looks left in comparison now.

Yeah, we don't have a left-wing party. We have a center-right, conservative, pro-corporate party (Democrats) and a ragtag group of Dominionists, rich Wall Street sociopaths, conspiracy nuts, and Confederate holdouts (Republicans).

From the transcripts Sessions seems rather.... weak... ineffective. Don't rush me you're making me nervous? Really?

This is good for his job security because Trump doesn't like underlyings who appear better than him. That explains why trumpsters have to play even dumber than their leader.
