Yeah for sure an outlier, but the average is still +7 for Dems. I don't see the Repubs keeping the House at this point without major changes in the next 18 months.

Yeah +7 average, but maybe it should be a bit higher because the PPP poll is the only recent one. The generic ballot polls aren't taken as often as POTUS approval polls. The last one before PPP was not only before the events of today and yesterday. It was before even the Comey firing.

Well brother I said that tongue in cheek because what organized religion is doing is just so ludicrous that even I must balk at it. Nobody will take a bona fide Christian seriously anymore because of what these mouth pieces are doing with all of their running around in God's name and they don't even know him. These church actors have behaved the same way since the beginning and will never stop doing these idiotic things to people. Seeing Trump give the commencement speech for Liberty U was like handing your infant daughter over to the big bad wolf and expecting him to behave himself.

I lost my religion at about 10. Was forced to go until I got a job that was on weekend mornings.

The hypocrisy was too intense. I'm not good at pretending like that.

Christians nowadays want everyone else to be a Christian, or else.

it's a moving average so a drastic shift would be unusual. even W retained a 25% approval at the end of his disastrous 8 years.

of course it does and he won't do what he wants, just as he hasn't for the most part. the travel ban failed, healthcare isn't changing, a wall isn't being built, he will be lucky to even get a tax bill passed. the vast majority of his EOs have absolutely no teeth or change.

as for impeachment, we are only four months in and Trump literally incriminates himself on a near daily basis. i have faith that it will happen. his attorneys have apparently already started to prepare for it while he is out of the country.

Right, we were told after the election that a significant chunk of Trump voters "held their nose" when voting for Trump, and were mainly voting against Clinton. I think his approval floor is going to be in the vicinity of low 30's but you never know. The sad part for Trump is I have a feeling we're going to find out.
