Would love to know the details being discussed? Like what can really be done? Can’t shutdown the asylum process. Forcing them to stay in Mexico requires further cooperation from them that congress can’t control. Is there a way to provide support to these countries migrants are fleeing to solve their issues?

From what I understand Biden has given a lot of concessions. When they work it out in Senate it goes to the House.

Doesn't matter if Biden gave the House Freedom to Fuck Things Up Caucus everything they demanded. They need some reason, any reason, the more asinine the better reason to fling shit at Biden and the Democrats with. They do this because they have nothing to offer the nation's middle class and the poor except empty promises, lies and diversionary partisan rhetoric while they stuff the pockets of the nation's robber barons and oligarchs that in turn stuff the campaign chests of their corrupted conservative politicians top to bottom, front to back.

Do they build these fuck sticks in a factory somewhere?

Wasn't their whole schtick "when you don't control everything you don't get everything you want, you have to negotiate!" Which has now become "we don't control everything but give us everything we want or we won't negotiate!"

Jesus dick sucking Christ is this how people become single party voters cause I don't understand how I will ever vote for a Republican or even a 3rd party candidate for as long as I live...

This is the exact same playbook that conservatives in Israel pulled with regards to Palestine, and its the exact same reason why. Gives them a forever "we must protect ourselves, and only we're willing to do that" to try and stay in power or distract from their abysmal behaviors and policies, which is why they deliberately don't want to actually work on anything resembling a real solution, because without beating the drums of fear and xenophobia, they have less than nothing to offer.

So it's obvious that the House Freedom Caucus rabble rousers are responsible for this. That's a given. They are the GOP's saboteurs, the knuckle dragging goons and goblins that do Trump's dirty work. They are exploiting the perception that if you dare to criticize them you have committed the unforgivable act of criticizing Trump himself because he speaks through them. They are leveraging this to the maximum effect in the House and they are loving it. Doesn't matter what's right or wrong.

The only thing that matters to them is that they are under orders from Trump to make Biden and the Democrats look a whole lot worse than himself and their main avenue of attack is to be a wrecking ball, a loose canon on deck, to obstruct, obstruct, obstruct and obstruct some more, to lie and lie and lie some more, pretty much to do what the Tea Party was doing to Obama.

Their sole mission is to protect Trump no matter what. Their existence depends on that.

I’m sure their voters will hold them accountable for this betrayal. LOL

During the mid 60s I did Heroin for a year and drove down to Harlem to score during the cold winter's there were always 1 to 4 dealer's at each corner waiting for a drop off from the local Mill and the NYPD were only following there orders.The drug wars got to powerfull to stop.

They only care about one thing, and have only cared about one thing for the entirety of my life at least - tax cuts for rich people.

They pretend to care about things like immigration but that’s only to try and get votes so that they can…cut taxes for the rich.

Amusingly Trump is one of the only honest Republicans when it comes to immigration. He is up front with his racism and genuinely thinks more brown people make the country worse. It’s one of his few consistent positions in life. Most of the rest are just pandering.
