Now Trump is blaming Bob Woodward for not telling the public early if the virus was so dangerous.
Haven't you people had enough yet?
Haven't you people had enough yet?
Why are you avoiding the question? Back to my point...the POTUS cant mandate wearing a mask. Congress can. Question is...why havent they?
LOL what did he say?Now Trump is blaming Bob Woodward for not telling the public early if the virus was so dangerous.

I'm not asking what randoms are saying - I'm asking what Trump said.I saw in in a deplorable friends Facebook post.
Basically Woodward is a traitor for knowing in March the virus was deadly and not doing anything.
In a sense I understand what’s being said, HOWEVER the important point is the President needed time to act. Woodward revealing it the moment he learned would be strange.
It is also 100% irrelevant. If Bob Woodward is the best person or the worst person in the world it doesn’t matter. If Bob Woodward should have notified the country and didn’t it doesn’t matter.I saw in in a deplorable friends Facebook post.

Woodward isn’t the president. Trump is. We are not having an election to see if Bob Woodward gets to keep being a journalist.
No it does not, but at what point in Trump’s entire political career had he ever indicated that people’s welfare was a priority to him? I recognize we expect that of a President, but Trump quite transparently ran as someone who is not Presidential, not has he ever made an attempt to act as such. The pandemic gave Trump an opportunity to rise and change the narrative of his entire legacy, and he failed. You omit at the same time Trump knew how deadly this virus was he was planning large indoor rallies and not requiring masks. Does that sound like the actions of a President with the people's welfare as a priority? Wasn't he putting his own people in harm's way?
What does tell you?
I am not giving him any credit. Trump is more PT Barnum than Presidential, although even Barnum was capable of becoming a reasonably successful politician. He never had a plan, you are giving him way too much credit. He was in over his head from the start but has always been incapable of admitting it, even to himself, much less anyone else.

Plenty of journalists were sounding the alarm. I understand the words people are saying, it just doesn't matter, it's all deflection.I saw in in a deplorable friends Facebook post.

Fucking unbelievable. How long before Trump, Fox News and the rest of the right wing media scum have their lemmings blaming all this on Woodward?

Contrast that, with this. Moments later.

And which virus was that and how many Americans died, and how many Americans lost their jobs?I'm saying Trump controlled a virus much better than a previous administration who dealt with a virus.
Fauci recognizes if he counters Trump, he is fired. He also recognizes that if he is fired, his ability to have any control or say in how the country handles the virus is over. He knows that he will be replace by a Trump stooge, perhaps the 'demon sperm' doctor.I see you didn't read the thread.
On "The Daily Briefing," host John Roberts asked Fauci if he thought Trump had played down the threat of the virus.
"No, I didn't," Fauci responded. "I didn't get any sense that he was distorting anything. I mean in my discussions with him, they were always straightforward about the concerns that we had. We related that to him. And when he would go out, I'd hear him discussing the same sort of things. He would often say, 'We just got through with a briefing with the group from the task force,' and would talk about it. So it may have happened, but I have not seen that kind of distortion."
And never has he been more tested than walking the Trump tightrope of mental illness and fragile ego.Fauci didn't survive in his position through 6 presidents without being somewhat political and he is generally fairly subtle. This is why I have a trust but verify approach with Fauci on anything he says about the vaccines, so far I don't think he's lied but, again, you don't stay in that position for that long without being at least somewhat political.
