I do love how seamlessly they have shifted from ‘NO COLLUSION’ to ‘COLLUSION ISN’T A CRIME’.

First, it’s funny how they have implicitly admitted they were lying before. Second, collusion is most definitely a crime in this case.

The Trump Tower meeting was obviously a crime. Trump Jr. knowingly solicited the donation of a thing of value (opposition research) from a foreign government.

Game. Set. Match.

Seems like an intersection between Rudy's legal defense and PR defense has caused something of a collision in Trump's brain...

Also, I have to say, the work of the Post/NYT and several other outlets has been nothing short of outstanding. The vast majority of the time we find out that their reporting is incredibly accurate even though it sometimes takes weeks or months for it to be confirmed as such by the people calling it "fake".

  • Charges against Don Jr. for the meeting?
  • Trump attempts to fire the heads of the investigation, FBI, and DOJ?
  • Sessions lights the match for GOP to start impeachment proceedings?
What if too few Republicans in Congress stand for the DOJ? Would seem like a stalemate.
 
Apparently Sekulow is also now admitting that Trump dictated the official WH response to Don Jr's meeting on Air Force One (he previously lied about it publicly but privately admitted the truth to Mueller's team.)

So yeah, the President finally admitted he's a lying piece of shit.
