Celeron G530 won't horribly smash 5800K,not even close. It's 2.4Ghz locked ,dual core SB with no HT. At default it would horribly lose to 5800K (@ stock too) in MT(2 vs 4 threads,2.4Ghz vs 3.8-4.2Ghz,no chance for SB) and barely beat it in ST workloads(4.2Ghz vs 2.4Ghz). Then you can push 5800K fairly easy to 4.5+Ghz just like FX4100/4170 on air since it's unlocked. If you want cheap gaming a Celeron G530 and an HD 6670 DDR5 will horribly smash an A10-5800K.
They both use next to no power, too.
5800K is all round much better option, from price/perf/watt POV as well from enthusiast/"OC on the budget" POV. 6670 may beat the iGPU in 5800K but that GPU is also unlocked and can be paired up with another in-its-class GPU for again much better perf/$ vs the intel option.
