i met this Filipino girl throu friends and i wanted to know if there is a good web site or program that i can use to translate Filipino to english and english to Filipino. thank you for your assistance... Appreciate it greatly
 
Maybe I'm wrong in this, but I don't think "Filipino" is a serperate language. I think that area speaks something else, like Spanish or Portugese.

edit: You may want to check since I'm not positive. freetranslation.com has always served me well in the past, so you can check it out if you want.

Yep. A couple Filipino's that I've known speak Tagalog.
