FWIW, I went into my TRU, and they had XBOX Live kits for $25. Included 12 months of service, headset, and a disc with Tetris Worlds (full), Mechwarrior (demo), and MotoGP (demo).

The other Live kits, with Crimson Skies or Mechwarrior (full) were still at their normal price of $69.99.

I tried my Toys R Us and they had jack. I was hoping to pick up a PS2 bundle, but they said they haven't had any PS2's in a month and the entire region for my Toys R Us are also out. Anyone know if I can order one or have it transfered at the current sale price. I don't even have a preference on which bundle.

I picked up the Medium Blue Handband, products by K-Group Industries which have a mail in rebate, but they dont have a mail in rebate form. Do anyone of you have that and have a link for that.

Went to 3 TRU's here in San Diego, CA. and this is definitely a YMMV deal.

I did find a few things that matched the list or showed up at what appeared to be 50% off, but not much.

A few PS2 games, I found no GBA games on clearance nor was the indigo GBA 50% off.

What I did find was an insane amount of Dreamcast games about 10-12 different ones but they had 10-15 copies of each game. They appeared to all be 50% off. I would have thought those would have been $.50 a long time ago.

I was lucky, it was quiet in two of the stores I was in and I got the employee to price check a stack of stuff.

Hopefully this is just the tip of the iceberg and the "clearance" prices really do get entered sometime soon.


Oh and if anybody finds Ratchet & Clank: Going Commando for PS2 for $20 I'll gladly buy it off of you, I've got a little one that would love to have it.

My local Toys R Us had the XBox Live kits for regular price. Sucks, b/c I need a new headset (and an ew subscription), anyway.

I did pick up Deus Ex and XIII for $10 apiece.
