Of course, since it's "Mexican officials" making the statement, we don't know how much, if any, truth is in that...BUT, by all means...anyone who buys drugs deserves to be gang-raped...

Yea because Mexico would never lie to protect its "good clean safe" image.

Mexico had to bring in its Navy to patrol areas as the army and local police are so corrupt they could not be trusted.
