torturing insects...

No Lifer
what have you done to them ?

let the stories commence...

I've done the freezer thing as well as batter-up with fireflies.

Aside from the typical baseball game w/fireflys not really much. Well, a few ant's have died from massive cigarette burns. Thats about it.

ahh I remember another one... we were camping and my buddy cut the legs off a daddy-long leg with scissors. Yow.

When i was young, whenever i found a roach in my room i would take a needle and impale it. I would then set it straight up on a piece of styrofoam like a... what do you call it... a warning for other roaches to stay away and keep it up for a few days.

I froze a cricket with Freon and it became hard as a rock. Then it thawed out and came back to life.

I don't like to torture insects, even though they bother me. I don't get satisfaction out of torturing things.

Kick open an ant hill and drop random insects inside. Caperpillers and soft ones are more fun.

That's just watching nature work.. Not torture..

😀

compressed canned air upside down against large wasp attacking me.
Wasp freezes and its wings shatter when it hit the ground.

Daddylonglegs - I pulled out the legs one by one.

We took the top of a CD spindle cake and trapped a wasp and a fly in it. Watched the wasp swoop down on the fly, swooped again and then ate it.

awesome... I only trapped a spider and a carpenter ant once... didn't do jack sh!t. 🙁

i took a spider and crushed all of its legs but i didn't rip them off. then i let him go
i suppose he's dead by now, somewhere in the house

i accidentally froze a fly as it flew into the freezer when i was getting an ice cream, i didn't notice the fly until the next time i opened the freezer

i took a grbu (those ones that live in the ground and eat grass roots and they're innards are all liquid) and i boiled its innards alive with the magnifying glass
