How many packages do you eat per sitting? I just had 6

SWEET, my first OP-stealing-time-warp.

6???!!!! WTF? How fat are you bro?

Shit, if you eat 6 now...once you try what I just said you might double that! :p

Yeah 6 is excessive, I tend to binge at times. I train so hard all day though and get so damn hungry. Oh I'm not fat. ;)

Edit: oh and I drain most of the liquid to somewhat limit my sodium intake.

So it's like a 3 year supply of sodium rather than a 5 yr supply?

Basically, yea. :D

I sweat it all out and then some anyway when training.

Lol. And what exactly is this training, friend? You aren't sweating that much salt out - I guarantee it.

MMA. And like I said, I drain the majority of the water (salt). And you have no idea of what my normal workout consists of. I guarantee I do sweat it all out.

your like a parody. You train hard but then put shit into your body.

When I'm trying to make weight, I train even harder and have a very strict diet. When I'm not trying to make weight, I still train, for hours a day and occasionally "pig out" like I did last night. All the guys pig out now and then. Think of it as a reward for beating our bodies up all day long.

If 6 Ramens is a reward for you, I'd hate to see it when you punish yourself!

I eat 2 Ramens for lunch practically every day at work. It's easy and cheap, and I don't have to worry about refrigerating it and the possibility of it going bad (like lunch meat, etc.). I microwave mine for about 6 minutes with probably 4 cups of water and two seasoning packets. Then I drain all but 1/2 to 1 cup of water, so I figure I'm getting 1/2 to 1 seasoning packet per meal. Still way too much sodium, but much better than two full packets.
