So simple, yet so yummy.

This is what ya do:

cook the ramen with the seasoning packet
strain noodles
add butter
add cajun seasoning, or whatever you use
add parmesan

Eat and enjoy. =)

2 is prettyt filling. esp if its a decent brand not the cheapos. egg veg and meat tossed in as well. maybe i'd eat 3 plain but thats like eating bread without any filling😛

I used to eat 2, sometimes 4 Ramen at a time when I was at a friend's house when I was a kid, did wonders on fattening me up and was totally confused why I went from a normal size if not skinny kid to the "chubby kid" in little more than a year! Looked at the Ramen packet one day to see the nutritional facts and quickly realized what had happened! This fat has basically followed me around ever since then..

MMA. And like I said, I drain the majority of the water (salt). And you have no idea of what my normal workout consists of. I guarantee I do sweat it all out.
 
I don't eat ramen anymore and doubt I could make it through an entire serving now (much less a whole pack), but back when I was fat and I ate ramen on a regular basis, I'd make it two packs at a time.

my preferred method of cooking it was to let it steep in the water with the seasonings for 10-15 minutes, drain it, and add some spicy chicken (seasoned with cayenne pepper and hot paprika) that I stir fried.

When I'm trying to make weight, I train even harder and have a very strict diet. When I'm not trying to make weight, I still train, for hours a day and occasionally "pig out" like I did last night. All the guys pig out now and then. Think of it as a reward for beating our bodies up all day long.
 
I prefer the OmNomlette.

Cook noodles and strain
Add to hot oiled pan (or use butter)
add 2 or 3 eggs, seasoning packet, parm cheese (plus anything else you want)
fry it and flip it like an omelette

eat.

I eat 2 at a sitting. I can't see straining the noodles, i hate it when they dry out very much at all. As fancy I get is adding an egg and mushrooms.
