Top Gun trailer

When I was asking for the studios to release something other than yet another lame-ass superhero movie I DID NOT MEAN THIS!!! Goose will be rolling over in his grave.

It will be interesting to see if it does. I'd rather have seen a Les Grossman movie than a sequel to Top Gun....but eh it might not suck. I'm a big fan of Ed Harris.

Interesting to see Val Kilmer getting roles again, this, the J&SB Reboot to name a few.

The 80s truly was the greatest decade. I want to know how they filmed those cockpit scenes.
I actually looked into this a long time ago, its effectively a cut off nose of an F-14 with a giant green screen behind it for the actors "in-cockpit" scenes. The air footage was filmed with the help of a Navy fighter squadron which Paramount paid to fly. The Air-to-air stuff was shot by a spotter plane.

Saw that this morning. I think it looks frickin awesome! Although I don't care for all those scenes that were lifted from the first movie. I mean I get nostalgia, but jeez do we really need more singing and playing piano in the bar, and shirtless volleyball? Ok I guess we do the latter, but otherwise... Still, I'm looking forward to seeing this. Tom Cruise is BA

Yes. America has spoken, and what they want is to see the same old shit over and over and over again.

All I ask is that they don't fuck up my childhood. But as sequels go, they're going to fuck it up anyway.

I've seen this movie back in the 80's, and I don't remember any porn in it.

The volleyball scene didn't do anything for ya?

Being serious, wasn't there a sex scene in it? Sure it might be tame by modern porn standards (and tame by 80s porn standards mostly because you wouldn't be in a theater having to dodge jizz, then again I wouldn't be surprised if that was an issue with some Top Gun viewings).
