Not sure I completely agree with this list, although there are some *really* great songs in there. Hendrix and Ozzy immediately stuck out for me, but...its just so hard to choose. What do you guys think?

It's not so much about the difficulty of playing riff, so much as the instant recognization of the song by the listener. Not that I agree with the list completely, but in terms of having the most people recognize the song instantly, it's probably pretty close.

Too many songs to really think about it anyway...I just read up to #5

It doesnt. The degree of difficulty of playing the song has no bearing on its likability to the masses. Its how *good* it is. How much people appreciate it. You know?
