Well it was intended as 10 strength exercises. Stuff like rowing and burpees is more in the realm of GPP (general physical preparedness) or conditioning. And as a former college crew team member I might know a thing or two about the concept 2 rower
. Maybe I should make like a ginormous workout list: then I'd have to add in stuff like farmer's walk, knees to elbows, thrusters, turkish getups, rowing, burpees, muscle-ups, pistols then you can go into useful variations like front squat, push press, incline bench, rdl/sldl, high pulls....the list goes on and on....but even then a lot of the stuff would be advanced versions of basic movements
ie: burpee= pushup + squat + jump
thruster = front squat + push press
muscle up = pullup + dip
ie: burpee= pushup + squat + jump
thruster = front squat + push press
muscle up = pullup + dip
