a kate-centric episode?

I wish we could replace Kate with Starbuck.

Actually while tonite may be Kate centric (seems to be based on the description) the whole season so far could be considered "island centric".
I remember listing to a podcast las year where Damon Lindelof was asked if we would every find out the history of the island and wouldn't it be great if there was an island flashback and Lindeloff said there would "absolutely" be an island flashback, and in fact something more "special" than that.

I was trying to explain what the island is to a friend, let me know if I have the gist of it:
The island is a time travelling island that has a temporal distortion field around it, and in the center of the island there is a "magic" room where anything that can be imagined can be called into existence.

OMFG.. I just checked out Penny's imdb profile and found out that she was on Terminator. Damn, she is so much better looking/sounding on Lost.

amen to that, brotha

Does the audio sound a little bit soft/muddy/bass heavy to anyone? I have to turn it up about 20% higher than other channels.

I'm just using the speakers from my TV (all other channels sound ok)
