I didnt think it was a bad show, but it did lack a lot. The only thing that had it going was the memories of Starbuck.

Yep, it wasn't as bad as some of the past episodes, but throwing out the lawyer ramblings alone would save 20 minutes that could have been spent on something more important. It was filler with just enough going on that it's part of the seasonal arc. In the mean time that's one more minor character they've written off.

PS And yes, Callie is a bitch(but then again, isn't that true for everyone but Apollo?)

Take it back, Apollo has been Roslyn's bitch since the pilot (probably bitter that the Old Man's gonna end up with her). But for the most part, you're right. Helo is about the only one left with any kind of charisma or any character interest.

With the exception of last week's episode (Starbuck goin' crazy) this show hasn't been interesting since week two of season 3. It's obvious that there's no budget left for this show. The first two episodes of this season were two of the best, period and it's been a quick trip to the bottom ever since. Hopefully they were saving up some $$$ to finish strong. Better yet, kill off Calli, Chief, Caprica 6, Roslyn, Apollo, Apollo's wife, Tigh, etc. Just keep Helo, Athena, and Baltar; maroon the threesome on a planet somewhere. Wouldn't cost much, not a lot of payroll and no special effects. Grace Park would just lie around in bed all day waiting to.... you know, keep the human bloodline going (at least half of it anyway).

Still, most of the people from the fleet were on Caprica. The size of the fleet at the time was rather small.

I never thought the show declining was due to a loss of money. That is depressing if that is the case. All the little subplots have been retarded and the whole training new fighter pilots seems like a distant memory at this point. It's like they don't even need fighter pilots anymore. Starbuck was supposed to be their best and they lost her in some goddamn routine sweep. I guess the entire reason the show was interesting to me was watching this budding military force survive on a skirmish to skirmish basis. And now there really isn't a military except for the president's lackeys.

And yea, it's funny how Helo wasn't even my favorite character in the earlier seasons, but he has quickly become the only character I enjoy following because the rest have just become so pitiful.

Check 'er out in Romeo Must Die. Quick bit part as a dancer at the club in the first 15 minutes of the show. One minute your watching a hot Asian dancer.... the next you're watching a hot Asian dancer stick her tongue in another dancer's mouth. Awesome!
