That kind of ignores the higher cost motherboard, RAM, and cooling needed to do it. Even worse is that they put overclocked Intel processors in their price/performance tables against stock AMD processors.

That isn't an article about AMD... or Intel. It's a chart of relative performances of common CPUs. I find it strange that they choose about the only test where an AMD chip comes out top to display by default. It's not even as if it's the first test in the list.

I have never thought THG was biased towards Intel, at least not in recent years. AMD have been courting them and allowing them into their research labs etc., and no doubt giving them lots of nice goodies and treatment. Their bias is most obvious in their "AMD/Intel Shoot-Outs" where their conclusions often completely contradict their own test results.

I don't see any links in this thread.
