Tom Clancy - The Division

Not sure what it is. It's a third person shooter multiplayer PVE game? Like you co-op with friends vs AI opponents? The interface looks cool and innovative but I imagine I will quickly find it cumbersome and wish for a more standard, utilitarian interface.
 
Everything looks to point to this being console exclusive, which is a shame, because it looks like a lot of fun.

From what I've seen, it is a third person shooter in a post apocalyptic type of environment. Almost in an MMO type world, you battle AI enemies for quests to get rewards. You also can encounter other people IIRC for some pvp. You find better weapons, upgrades, etc.

I envision it as a 3rd person shooter Diablo. At least, I hope that is what it is.
 
hum, all my friends and I was utterly ecstatic and looked forward to getting it next year. and yes this will be in PC also. Surprised at the slightly lukewarm response here.
 
I remember hearing about this game in late August. I especially like the pop-up 3D map you see in the video, cool feature. I'm keeping an eye open for this game. Does anyone know when it's coming out?

Yeah, I really like the HUD. It is sort of like what you'd expect an actual overlay to be, if you had a HUD in real life.
 
So its multiplayer focused then? Looks like another game you need to play with your friends. Sad that most of the big budget "epic scale" games are heading this way.

It looks cool, and could be quite good. However its also a year away at this point, and apart from the few videos we've seen not much to go on.
 
The amount of stuff in the environment is incredible, is about the best looking game I have seen for general small objects in the world. Truly amazing graphics.

Yeah, I replayed the video like 5 times. The night time in game footage and dark details really stood out for me, found a few larger gifs showing it off:

Yea it looks good and it is from Ubisoft. Who knows what it may look like when released since it may be somewhat different. If it's for pc then yea I expect those visuals. Didn't know it was an online game. So I guess it's an mmo type with a story.

I find it really hard to get excited over these trailers now that Watch Dogs and Dark souls 2 got such huge downgrades.

My problem with MMOs now that I'm older is that I don't have friends that can play within the same schedule as I do.
