So I just thought of this, what happened to Brady's last TD pass, (the bomb to Evans)?. As he goes through the EZ Evans tosses it into the crowd, that ball HAS to be worth a small fortune. No one at the time knew it would be his last but some lucky fan has it...

If Tom Brady touched it, I would never wash my ball again.

Ah, Mike Evans. Always tossing Brady's special balls into the stands.

But again, that brought it to 27-20 and there was time left, the last Tampa TD to tie it was a run play so at the time Evans, probably excited at the shot of a possible comeback just flipped into the crowd. We know what happens next, crap defense allows Cup to catch the bomb and that's the end.

Why do I feel like this is going to backfire on Tom? Poor guy is probably going to get seriously hurt next season.

Fuck him. I'd been merely tired of hearing about him for the last couple of years, specifically when he left NE.

Now? After this mess? I am actively rooting against him. Just go be with your supermodel wife and kids, dude.

just like michael jordan coming back.

and Anderson silva (mma champion with 10+ successful title defenses, which was about 4+ yrs as champ) who finally lost when he broke his leg in the ring.
he didnt retire tho and kept fighting after his leg healed but he wasnt the same.

should have quit while on top

Comparing Brady to Jordan is completely stupid and such a bad comparison. Jordan quit because his dad was murdered and then was playing another sport professionally, and was out of basketball for 2 years before he came back.

Oh and when he came back that time, he three-peated.

When he came back after his second retirement, he was on the Wizards, a crappy ran organization forever, and he was clearly past his prime.

Tom Brady is far from falling off at the level he is playing right now. He still has it in the tank and can still produce. I mean he's still one of the top QBs in the league.

Yeah, but this would be more like Jordan coming back from his second retirement. Tom Brady is 44 freaking years old now, the old dude is probably going to break a hip if he keeps getting tackled by NFL linebackers.

I'm just going to take a wild a$$ guess and say 22 is also the age of either his side piece or his next wife.

Jordan was clearly on his decline at that point. Brady isn't, regardless of his age.

I mean he had the most passing yards and TDs in the league last year.

Not fan of [American] football but I do watch from time to time. With all of the rules about "tackling" Brady could probably go another few years to make it 25. But when you've got more money than god, where's the incentive? At least he's not trying for Russian oligarch levels of wealth, at least not yet. But that boy is just a bubbling caldron of product endorsements. And I'm not talking testosterone supps either. Fo' shure.
