Toes numb

After walking a full day in boots that I don't normally wear with some Dr. Schoals insoles in them, my feet were really sore. When I took off the boots I realized that the insoles were bunched up around my toes and my toes were numb. Now a couple of days later my toes are a little bit tingly still. I can move them just fine, but they feel a bit weird. Has anyone had something similar? How long does it take to heal?
