today is kind of a special day for me

Its been exactly six months since I have had a drink. I know that's not a big deal to some but for me its quite a big deal.

I am really digging life now.

Nice, congrats! About 3 years ago, I went half a year w/o a drop too. Was mostly a test of willpower, since I went back to drinking but at least I make fewer stupid mistakes now

I didn't drink today. I don't think I want to drink tomorrow either. That's about the extent of the duration I can worry about.

Thanks. Its for sure not an easy battle. Honestly, the hardest part is people not understanding the insanity of alcoholism.

Try Melatonin. I work nights and it helps me.
