every morning I run 1 mile and swim laps for an hour
two times a week I add weight lifting for 30 min to that
weight when I started a few weeks ago: 254
weight when I posted about the scale being broken: 242 (confrimed: scale was not broken:Q)
weight this morning before I totally fvked it all up and ate too much ( SEE: THREAD) : 238
