To anyone who is a bodybuilder/built like a tank

So do i. But is it allrite to eat one every now and then? I am workin on being built like a tank and ive made some progress.... BUT THEYRE SO TASTY!!! 😕
 
vicky h... Fish & Chips.... Are they like exclusive to briton?! I thought everywhere has a chippy. I dont get fish & chips though i get half a battered pizza usually. Id say one chippy is as bad as 2 mcdonalds big mac meals.
 
my friends and i take a different route, we work out till we feel like we're gonna die, and we eat as much as we can. good food, bad food, just eat a lot all day. you'll fatten up a little but then when you cut down it'll be nice.

Actually Arnold can be spotted quite often eating fried food out in public. I was pretty amazed, but.........every health nut is just a closet junkie that's kidding themselves!!! :cookie:
 
I'm about 230ish at the moment and I train 4x/week and typically eat junkfood at least once or twice a week. A little of the bad stuff once in a while is good for you.

thats exactl what im doing now. i've always had a fast metabolism and had problems gaining weight. so now i cut out cardio completely. i'm eating like a mad man, tkaing 3 protein shakes a day. i've been working out like 3-4 days a week, doing each muscle once a week.

i've seen a good deal of strength increase in the past month (thats as long as I've been doing this diet for) and I'm going to do this all the way through winter. I'm hoping to be able to get to rep 255lbs quite a few times on flatbench. Yesterday I got 225lbs up 6 times for my first time ever.

It sucks for me kinda because I've lost definition in my belly area since I've started eating like crazy (obviously) but I have only gained like 2-3 lbs! I wann be gaining more than that quicker than that! But as I know, it all takes time 🙂

Class. I pump steel every 2nd day at the gym and work out when a come back home. Bodybuilding is like building a new comp. Build it to beat everyone elses! Especially your mate's! My goal is to beat my athleticky (if it aint a word it is now!) mate at armwrestling, hes real strong for a lanky lookin person.... Also to be able to smash a picnic bench in half with ma fist 🙂 I dont know how difficult thats gonna be so i might change it to somthing else.

1-2 x a week is more often than once in a while.
 
high protein diets are for n00bs- your best bet, I swam my whole life and lifted, just eat a regular, normal diet, nothing excessive, and youre set! And swimming butterfly for 12,000+ yards a day can help...
 
I'm built like a tank, but I very rarely eat chips. It doesn't seem to matter though. 🙂 It's all about intake versus outtake. Manage it right and eat whatever you want.
