I don't think Arnold would approve.

Actually Arnold can be spotted quite often eating fried food out in public. I was pretty amazed, but.........every health nut is just a closet junkie that's kidding themselves!!! :cookie:

Yep... :Q

I'm about 230ish at the moment and I train 4x/week and typically eat junkfood at least once or twice a week. A little of the bad stuff once in a while is good for you.

1-2 x a week is more often than once in a while.

QFT. It's been like, 6 years since I've had anything other than ice cream from mcdonalds, for example.

Could you smash a picnic bench in half with your fist?

No, but I can leg press almost a grand if that helps. During my graduation party, nine of my friends tried tackling me at once, including these three (I'm 2nd from the right, the shortest dork in the pic). They all managed to jump me at the same time, but I threw them all off one by one without going down. They gave up after all jumping me a second time and failing miserably as well.

Note the tallest guy in the back. That's my old roommate. He's a 6'6" Norwiegian wookie. 😛

Hell no. The majority of people who are out of shape eat junkfood every single day. I'm talking fast food 4-5 times a week, plus all the sodas, candy, chips, etc. I normally eat a minimum of 4 times a day/7 days a week. 1-2 meals out of 28 meals is ah heck all.

I have not eaten McD's for at least 2 years, have had Wendy's very occasionally, maybe 3 times last year.

Granted you are a big guy, however those burgers still clog your arteries just like they do to my or anyone else's. I know people who eat fast food 5 days a week and they are unhealthy, lazy, fatasses.

I dont think anyone that posts on a off-topic software-hardware information site is built like a tank.

Nik says hes built like a tank. I will be built like a tank. The former glasses wearing weedy nerds of the 80's are gone! They are being replaced by superhuman bodybuilder people with the ability to smash picnic benchs!!

what is battered pizza? and what is deep fried pizza.

what is a chippy? are those like french fries?

Battered pizza is exactly what it sounds like. You take a pizza, dip it in batter, and then fry it or w/e im not sure... but its a pizza covered in batter.

Deep fried pizza is the same thing.

A chippy is Brittish slang for a meal from the chip shop.

Unfortunately chip shops are ALL (i think) privately owned family buisnesses and they dont sell french fries, they sell the kind of chips you make with a deep fat frier except the food from chip shops tastes better.

BRILLIANT IDEA!!!! I could start a chain of chip shops!! and crush all the small family buisnesses! All i need now is 1 chip shop to base it all from 😉
